I have a downtown 3 story heritage townhouse. The sitter has exclusive access to the first floor with kitchen, dining/living room and the second floor with the den/bedroom and bathrooms. There is a full laundry in the basement. I have a tenant on my third floor who has his own separate unit and only shares the house entrance. All amenities are located 5-10 minute walk. I l have an adorable 12 yr old 13 lb toy maltese poodle.
